Outpace365 provides outbound campaign management, LinkedIn profile orchestration, email sequencing, ICP targeting, and pipeline reporting services as outlined in your agreed service plan. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of services will be confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you prior to engagement.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging Outpace365, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target market, and ideal customer profile
• Review and approve campaign messaging before it is deployed on your behalf
• Ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or spam-related purposes

Results and Performance

Outpace365 applies a proven outbound system designed to book qualified meetings within pre-agreed campaign window. While we are committed to delivering results, meeting volumes may vary depending on your market, ICP specificity, and campaign conditions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for revenue impact resulting from campaign performance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are due as specified. Outpace365 reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

‍Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, and methodologies created or used by Outpace365 in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of Outpace365. Campaign assets created specifically for your business — including messaging sequences and ICP documentation — will be shared with you upon completion of your engagement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategy, client lists, campaign data, and pricing. This obligation survives the termination of your engagement with Outpace365.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at outpace365.com/privacy-policy. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Outpace365 uses third-party tools and platforms — including LinkedIn, email service providers, and outreach automation software — to deliver its services. Your engagement with Outpace365 is subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms. We are not liable for any restrictions, account limitations, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms during or after your campaign.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outpace365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. Outpace365 reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms & Conditions by the client.

Changes to These Terms

Outpace365 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with Outpace365 will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
